This is a hands‑on support role within the Due Diligence function. The position is suited to a diligent and well‑organised individual looking to build experience in client due diligence, and corporate information management within a fast‑paced work environment. This position requires close collaboration with the business operations and Finance team.

Rather than conducting due diligence on third parties, the primary responsibility for this role will be to assist in responding to due diligence requests from clients, banks, and regulatory bodies, and providing accurate and timely information about our company to support their compliance and risk assessment processes.

What Will You Be Doing

  • Support the coordination and completion of due diligence questionnaires received from clients, banks, regulators, and other external parties.
  • Assist with managing and tracking incoming due diligence requests, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR, IT, Commercial, and Company Secretariat) to collate required information and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain and update a central repository of standard due diligence responses, key corporate information, and relevant supporting documents to promote consistency and efficiency.
  • Support the management of the due diligence inbox and providing regular progress updates to the sales team.
  • Assist with preparing, formatting, and reviewing responses prior to submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support data organisation and content updates within the due diligence knowledge repository, including contributions to future AI‑enabled tools.
  • Support the development of an AI repository tool.
  • Provide support during the annual group insurance renewal process, including gathering and validating information requested by brokers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of due diligence processes, templates, and internal guidance materials.
  • Support the Company Secretarial Officer with ad-hoc projects as required.

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate, legal, compliance, or administrative support role.
  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced, coordination‑heavy, and versatile environment.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with cross‑functional and international teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint).

Educational Qualification

A degree in Law, Commerce, or Finance (any one is mandatory).

Desirable Skills & Certifications

  • Strong understanding of:
    • Corporate law
    • Regulatory frameworks and compliance
    • Standard corporate and compliance documentation review
  • Experience or training in:
    • Legal or corporate due diligence
    • Due diligence, compliance, or risk‑related processes.
  • Document management systems is an advantage.

  • Group healthcare scheme
  • 18 days annual leave
  • 8 days of casual leave
  • Extensive internal and external training
