Description

We are seeking a skilled Duct Insulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing and maintaining insulation for ductwork, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort in buildings.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain insulation on ductwork in commercial and residential buildings.
• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit around ducts and other fixtures.
• Ensure proper sealing and fastening of insulation to prevent air leaks.
• Inspect and assess existing insulation for damage or inefficiency and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in duct insulation or related field.
• Knowledge of different types of insulation materials and their applications.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in insulation installation.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces.
