Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Duck Creek solutions for insurance clients. The role involves managing technical teams, driving project execution, and ensuring delivery excellence across policy, billing, and claims platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end Duck Creek implementations (Policy, Billing, Claims, Insights)
- Manage project planning, execution, and delivery within timelines and budget
- Act as the primary stakeholder interface (client, business, and internal teams)
- Drive solution design discussions with architects and technical leads
- Oversee Agile / Scrum delivery and ensure sprint-level tracking
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and governance standards
- Coordinate onshore-offshore teams effectively
- Monitor project KPIs, delivery metrics, and reporting
- Support pre-sales, estimations, and RFP responses when required
Must-Have Skills- 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in project management
- Strong experience in Duck Creek Suite (Policy/Billing/Claims)
- Experience in P&C Insurance domain
- Proven track record of leading large-scale implementations
- Strong knowledge of delivery frameworks (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall)
- Ability to manage technical teams and architecture discussions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Good-to-Have Skills- Duck Creek certifications
- Experience in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Exposure to integration technologies and APIs
- PMP / Scrum Master certification
- Experience in fixed-price project delivery
Education- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
