Job Summary

     The Senior professional will leverage 3 to 8 years of expertise in Duck Creek Policy to analyze design and optimize insurance policy solutions within the Duck Creek Policy domain

    Job Description          

      Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather analyze and document requirements related to Duck Creek Policy Drive endtoend product lifecycle activities including requirement elicitation gap analysis and solution validation Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align business needs with Duck Creek Policy capabilities Support configuration and customization efforts on the Duck Creek Policy platform to meet specific business requirements Analyze insurance domain processes and translate them into functional specifications for policy administration Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify business rules underwriting guidelines and rating strategies Assist in creating test cases and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality Monitor industry trends and Duck Creek platform updates to recommend process improvements and best practices

    Roles and Responsibilities          

      Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements focused on Duck Creek Policy modules Collaborate with technical architects and developers to design scalable and maintainable policy solutions Validate configurations related to policy lifecycle underwriting rules forms and rating strategies Support integration efforts between Duck Creek Policy and other enterprise systems Act as a subject matter expert in Duck Creek Policy during client interactions and internal discussions Provide guidance on best practices and ensure adherence to enterprise standards in product design Participate in solutioning activities for new initiatives upgrades and migrations within the Duck Creek Policy platform Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
