We at Coforge are hiring DuckCreek Policy Business Analyst with the following skillset:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for Duck Creek Policy implementation/enhancements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and configuration guides.
- Validate and map requirements to Duck Creek capabilities (Author, Forms, Rating, Manuscript).
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Perform functional testing, UAT support, and defect triage for Policy transactions.
- Support product configuration for NB, Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations, Rewrites, etc.
- Act as SME for P&C insurance processes and Duck Creek Policy lifecycle
