Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute end-to-end test plans and test cases for Duck Creek Policy and Billing implementations and enhancements.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand policy and billing requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Duck Creek Policy and Billing modules.
Validate billing transactions, payment processing, invoicing, write-offs, and other essential billing functionalities.
Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps tools.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Support UAT phases and perform production validation as needed.
