We at Coforge are hiring Duckcreek DMS Business Analyst with the following skillset:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Duck Creek Distribution Management System (DCT/DMS). The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, design optimized processes, document requirements, and support implementation and enhancement of DMS modules. This role directly supports development, QA, and business teams to ensure seamless delivery, upgrades, and optimization of Duck Creek solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Business Architects and key stakeholders to assess existing capabilities and identify high level business requirements.

Elicit, document, and maintain detailed functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.

Translate requirements into clear specifications for technical teams and ensure shared understanding across stakeholders.

Conduct training sessions for business users and internal teams on DMS features and workflows.

Convert business requirements into test scenarios and expected outcomes for UAT.

Support QA activities, including reviewing test cases and validating test results. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Duck Creek DMS.

Configure and customize distribution workflows based on business needs.

Support implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.

Work with technology teams to ensure smooth integration of DMS with CRM, ERP, policy admin, billing, claims, and other enterprise systems.

Ensure compliance with company standards, data integrity, and governance requirements.

Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across distribution workflows.

Document, test, and validate system changes and ensure alignment with business goals.
