Duckcreek Claims Testing

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Claims QA Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Duck Creek claims management systems, test case creation, and integration testing. This position will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of claims processing functionality within the Duck Creek platform and collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate and verify system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test plans for Duck Creek Claims modules based on business requirements and functional specifications.
• Perform integration testing to ensure smooth interoperability between Duck Creek Claims platform and other systems (e.g., policy administration, billing, third-party services).
• Execute functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for the Duck Creek Claims solution.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution; provide clear feedback to development teams regarding issues found.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand system requirements and ensure testing aligns with project goals.
• Participate in design and review meetings to provide input on testability and coverage of features.
• Review requirements, user stories, and other documentation to develop testing strategies.
• Ensure proper test data is created and maintained for testing scenarios.
• Monitor and report on testing progress and defect resolution status.
• Assist in improving the overall QA process and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
