Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for DuckCreek applications
Analyze incidents and deliver effective technical solutions for issue closure
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather incident details and define resolutions
Ensure timely communication and updates to stakeholders throughout incident lifecycle
Support application stability and workflow execution in DuckCreek systems
Work in shift schedules (including early morning shifts) and client-site environment (3 days/week)
