Position: Duck Creek Policy Lead

Location: Hyderabad/ Bhubaneswar

Job Type: Full-time employment

Experience: 8-12 years

  • We are seeking Duck Creek Lead Policy Developer to develop and modify applications with leading a team of developers.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Duck creek Policy Configuration and Integration
  • Good experience of DCOD Environment
  • Lead customer discussion with respect to base functionality and Customization
  • Participate in the full life-cycle development of the product, including the development, integration, and testing of product features.
  • Strong experience on Integrations.
  • Collaborate with system architects, vendors, and business partners.
  • Work effectively with multiple assignments and teams to meet completion dates.
  • Train and mentor other staff members
  • Analyse existing program logic to determine best method of accomplishing required changes or cause of program malfunction.
  • Maintain and modify programs currently in production to keep them responsive to user.
  • Manage error handling and code exceptions.
  • Design program logic to meet specifications and to adhere to development and architecture standards.
  • Prepare test data and thoroughly test code leveraging automated unit test framework.
  • Analyse production programs to isolate problems.
  • Document and maintain program specifications according to company standards.
