About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Duck Creek Policy Lead Developer with 8+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and implementation of insurance policy administration solutions using the Duck Creek Suite. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure high-quality delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and business-aligned insurance solutions.

Skill Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Duck Creek Lead Developer, with a focus on the Policy module.
• In-depth knowledge of Duck Creek Policy functionality, configuration, and customization capabilities.
• Proficiency in C#, XML, JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant programming languages and technologies.
• Experience with Duck Creek Policy Administration System (PAS) and other Duck Creek modules is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Duck Creek certifications (e.g., Duck Creek Policy Configuration) are preferred.
• Lead end-to-end design and development of solutions within Duck Creek Policy.
• Configure and customize Duck Creek components including Author (Product Studio), Page Builder, Forms, and Rating.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
