Job Title: Duck Creek Insight QA Analyst

Job Summary:
We at Coforge are hiring an experienced Duck Creek Insight QA Analyst with strong expertise in ETL testing, SQL, and insurance domain (P&C). The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting quality assurance processes across Duck Creek platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and collaborate with the Business Analyst (BA) team for clarity and completeness
- Design, prepare, and execute test cases; document and report test results
- Identify, log, and track defects; coordinate with ETL developers for resolution and status updates
- Perform root cause analysis for identified issues
- Participate actively in daily/weekly status meetings
- Communicate effectively with onshore clients via calls and emails
- Ensure adherence to defect lifecycle and QA best practices
- Prepare test closure reports and QA documentation
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in SQL, with ability to write complex queries (Oracle/SQL Server or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience in ETL Testing across:
- Staging
- Data Warehouse
- Data Mart
- Good understanding of data models, schemas, and data structures in ETL processes
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong knowledge of defect lifecycle and QA processes
Domain Expertise:
- Good understanding of P&C Insurance domain
- Exposure to Duck Creek modules: Policy, Claims, Billing, Underwriting
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of XML
- Experience with Duck Creek Insights / Duck Creek Express platform
