We at Coforge are hiring for Duck Creek DMS Tester.
- The role demands strong ownership of testing activities, close collaboration with onshore stakeholders, and direct client interaction for requirement clarity, defect triage, and UAT support.
- The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be confident in client discussions, and have deep insurance domain knowledge to validate business-critical documents and workflows in an Agile environment.
- The QA must have strong hands-on experience in Duck Creek DMS testing, including document templates, XML/XSLT validation, data mapping, indexing, output formats (PDF/Word), and integration testing with upstream/downstream systems (Policy, Billing, Claims).
- Strong understanding of Commercial Lines and Specialty Lines insurance processes is mandatory.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test case management, defect tracking, sprint execution, and reporting is required.
- The role also involves test planning, mentoring junior QAs, ensuring quality sign-off, and driving defect closure in collaboration with development and client teams.
