Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Duck Creek Configurator with hands-on experience in Duck Creek Express, Author, Server, Transact, Forms, and User Admin. The candidate should have strong expertise in Duck Creek platform versions 7.2.4 and 25.5, including end-to-end upgrade experience from versions 6.2/7.x.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Duck Creek applications and products.
• Build and maintain manuscripts, screens, rating, forms, inheritance, and domains.
• Execute Duck Creek upgrades, migrations, regression testing, and go-live activities.
• Develop XSLT transformations, XML integrations, SQL stored procedures, and shredding logic.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect fixing, performance tuning, and production stabilization.
• Collaborate with BA, QA, architects, and client stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3–8 years of Duck Creek experience.
• Strong expertise in Duck Creek Express, Author, Transact, Forms, User Admin, Shredding, XSLT, XML, and SQL.
• Experience on Duck Creek 7.2.4 and 25.5 platforms.
• At least one end-to-end Duck Creek upgrade project.
• Good understanding of P&C Insurance policy lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
