We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Claims Developer & Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in developing and implementing Duck Creek Claims solutions. This role involves leading development efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the insurance domain and be proficient in Duck Creek technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Duck Creek Claims solutions to meet business needs.
• Lead technical design sessions and ensure best practices are followed in Duck Creek development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Duck Creek Claims applications.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Duck Creek best practices and standards.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality standards are maintained.
• Stay updated with Duck Creek technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7-12 years of experience in Duck Creek Claims development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processing and workflow management.
• Proficient in Duck Creek Suite, including Duck Creek Claims, and related tools.
• Experience with Java, SQL, and XML is essential.
• Knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST) and integration with third-party systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
