• Experience working with Policy, Billing and Claims systems and processes.
• Deep understanding of P&C insurance products, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for data analysis,validation, and reporting
