Duck Creek Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duck Creek Insurance Business Analyst to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance domain particularly with Duck Creek technologies and will be responsible for analyzing business requirements designing solutions and ensuring successful implementation of Duck Creek systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Duck Creek systems
• Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements
• Work closely with development teams to design and implement Duck Creek solutions
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing Duck Creek systems
• Perform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Provide support and training to endusers on Duck Creek systems
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Duck Creek technologies and insurance industry

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field
• 7 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain with a focus on Duck Creek technologies
• Strong understanding of insurance processes and workflows
• Proficiency in Duck Creek Policy Billing and Claims modules
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools
• Experience with system integration and data migration projects
• Certification in Duck Creek technologies is a plus
