Duck Creek Billing Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure solutions within Duck Creek Billing.
• Customize billing workflows, invoicing, payment plans, commissions, and collections.
• Develop and maintain rating structures, billing schedules, and account structures.
• Configure billing rules, write-offs, dunning, and installment plans.
• Perform data mapping and support migration from legacy systems.
• Develop inbound/outbound integrations (APIs, Web services, batch jobs).
• Work closely with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve billing and reconciliation issues.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and enhancements
