Job Description

Salary: ₹100,000 to ₹150,000 per month depending on experience

Setup: Remote, full-time. Reliable workstation, strong internet, and consistent availability during India working hours required.

MAU Brands runs private label consumer product brands across Amazon US, CA, UK, and EU. We are now building external DTC websites and product landing pages outside of Amazon, and we're looking for a commercially minded Website & CRO Lead based in India to own this function.

This is not a pure developer role. This is not a pure designer role.

This is a website growth role focused on building pages that convert.

You will own website creation, landing page structure, Shopify execution, CRO testing, tracking, QA, and performance reporting.

Job Scope

DTC website & landing page creation

  1. Create briefs for external brand websites, product websites, and landing pages
  2. Define page structure, product positioning, content sections, offer flow, trust elements, FAQs, reviews, bundles, and CTAs
  3. Coordinate with designers, developers, copywriters, and internal teams to launch pages
  4. Ensure all pages are mobile-first, fast, clean, and conversion-focused
  5. Manage launch timelines, QA checklists, and post-launch fixes

Conversion Rate Optimization

  1. Improve product pages, landing pages, cart flow, bundles, trust signals, FAQs, and offers
  2. Run CRO tests across headlines, layouts, images, videos, pricing, bundles, reviews, and calls to action
  3. Analyze user behavior and identify where visitors are dropping off
  4. Recommend what to test, scale, fix, or remove based on data
  5. Build reusable landing page templates and CRO playbooks across brands/products

Tracking, analytics & reporting

  1. Set up and verify tracking across Shopify, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads, and other tools as needed
  2. Build weekly reports covering traffic, conversion rate, AOV, revenue, revenue per visitor, email/SMS capture rate, and test results
  3. Maintain clear dashboards and trackers for website projects, CRO tests, launch status, and performance
  4. Work with leadership to identify which pages, products, and offers deserve more investment

Website QA & operations

  1. Check pages for broken links, mobile issues, speed problems, incorrect pricing, missing tracking, poor formatting, and checkout friction
  2. Maintain a pre-launch and post-launch QA process
  3. Coordinate fixes with developers/designers quickly and clearly
  4. Keep website tasks organized in Asana or a similar project management system

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with DTC websites, Shopify, landing pages, CRO, or ecommerce website management required

Strong understanding of conversion-focused page structure, product positioning, offers, trust signals, and mobile UX

Experience managing designers, developers, freelancers, or agencies

Comfortable with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Shopify analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads tracking, and basic reporting

Strong commercial understanding: conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, revenue per visitor, contribution margin, and refund rate

Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple website projects without dropping details

Good written English and strong ability to write clear briefs

Able to work independently without needing daily direction

Background in ecommerce, DTC, Shopify, Amazon-adjacent brands, consumer products, or performance marketing preferred

Strong preference for candidates with experience in:

Shopify

GA4 / Google Tag Manager

Klaviyo or email/SMS capture flows

Meta Ads / TikTok Ads tracking

Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar user behavior tools

Figma

Landing page builders

Consumer products such as home goods, kitchenware, kids products, lifestyle, household, beauty, or wellness

Not a fit if:

You are only a developer and do not understand conversion

You are only a designer and do not understand ecommerce performance

You only maintain websites but do not improve results

You cannot manage developers/designers clearly

You need every task assigned step-by-step

You do not understand analytics, tracking, QA, or conversion metrics
