This is a full-time on-site role for a DST, RM position located in Baleswar. The selected candidate will be involved in driving customer acquisition efforts, managing client relationships, and ensuring loan disbursement processes. Key responsibilities include maintaining excellent communication with customers, aligning loan offerings with their needs, verifying documentation, assisting with credit analysis, and promoting financial products effectively. The DST, RM will also contribute to achieving branch business targets while adhering to compliance and operational guidelines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customer base in a professional manner.
• Knowledge of loan products, credit analysis, and customer acquisition strategies in the housing finance sector.
• Proficiency in documentation handling, data management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of financial products and market dynamics.
• Graduate degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
