Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bathinda for a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) Sales Manager. The DSA Sales Manager will oversee and manage relationships with direct selling agents to drive loan sales and achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new DSAs, monitoring their performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, training DSAs to improve sales efficiency, and delivering targeted sales results. The role requires ownership of end-to-end sales channel operations, from lead generation to closing deals and customer follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Sales and Relationship Management: Proven experience in managing partner relationships, achieving sales targets, and leading a channel sales team.
- Team Coordination and Training: Skills in coordinating with DSAs, providing training, and fostering high performance among indirect sales teams.
- Analysis and Reporting: Ability to monitor and analyze data to improve performance and maintain accountability for achieving business results.
- Customer Orientation: Strong understanding of customer needs, delivering high-quality service, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the lending process.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services, with a solid understanding of loan products, lending processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields is preferred, along with relevant work experience in sales or lending management.
