Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) Instructor/Trainer, located in Jalandhar. The DSA Instructor will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, delivering interactive and engaging training sessions, providing hands-on coding guidance, and mentoring students to improve their understanding of data structures and algorithms. The trainer will evaluate students progress through assessments and provide feedback to help them build confidence and proficiency in problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and related concepts, with hands-on expertise in implementing them
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in DSA, such as C++, Java, or Python
• Skills in delivering structured and interactive training sessions, mentoring, and guiding learners effectively
• Ability to prepare educational material, assessments, and exercises to evaluate students progress
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for connecting with university-level learners
• A passion for teaching and motivating students to achieve their career goals
• Prior experience in conducting technical training or teaching is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
