Dryer Operations
- Operate rotary, flash, or fluidized bed dryers as per SOPs
- Control temperature, airflow, feed rate, and moisture parameters
- Monitor burner, blower, cyclone, bag filter, and conveyor systems
Quality & Monitoring
- Maintain required moisture content of DDGS as per quality norms
- Record operating parameters and maintain shift logs
- Identify abnormalities such as overheating, choking, vibration, or leakages
Coordination & Safety
- Coordinate with boiler, utilities, and production teams
- Follow safety, fire prevention, and housekeeping standards
- Assist in start-up, shutdown, and routine maintenance activities

- Lead and supervise dryer operations for optimum production, quality, and cost efficiency
- Ensure safe plant operation and compliance with statutory norms
