Drupal Full-Stack Developer

About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Drupal Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain robust web solutions for clients across higher education, healthcare, government, and nonprofit sectors. You'll work on everything from custom module development to modern front-end integrations, collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable Drupal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom Drupal modules and themes.
- Work on site building, configuration, and performance optimization.
- Implement front-end designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (preferably with modern frameworks like React or Vue).
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and external systems.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Drupal sites.
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver projects on time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Drupal (9/10/11) development.
- Proficient in PHP, MySQL, and Drupal APIs.
- Solid experience with custom module and theme development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery (React/Vue is a plus).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Good understanding of RESTful services and API integrations.
- Experience with Drupal site performance optimization and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with decoupled or headless Drupal.
- Exposure to CI/CD processes and tools.
- Knowledge of Composer and Drush.
