Experience

  • 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining complex, knowledge-driven chatbots using DRUID or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize chatbot performance, accuracy, and user experience.

Certifications & Skills:

  • DRUID Certified Developer (or equivalent training in DRUID platform)
  • NLP & Machine Learning Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of semantic search, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS), and knowledge base management
  • Understanding of dialogue management and conversation design
