Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Drone Spraying - Operation Specialist located in Gurugram. The specialist will be responsible for operating drones for spraying applications, managing daily operations, and overseeing the maintenance and calibration of drone equipment. The role includes planning and executing spraying schedules, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and collaborating with the team to troubleshoot issues. Additionally, the specialist will interact with clients to address their requirements, provide training, and demonstrate drone spraying solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and optimize drone operations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Experience in sales and client relationship management
- Proficiency in operations and project management for efficient execution of tasks
- Knowledge of industry trends and familiarity with agricultural or industrial ecosystems is an advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and adapt to emerging technologies
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in fields such as Engineering, Aviation, or Agriculture is preferred
