About The Project
As part of the NUA-Odisha initiative, we aim to deliver high-quality, industry-relevant drone technology training to empower youth in the Angul district. We are seeking passionate and qualified trainers to join our mission in delivering the Drone Service Technician course.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on drone servicing and maintenance.
- Deliver the curriculum as per NSQF standards and project requirements.
- Assess trainees through periodic evaluations and project work.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, assessments, and feedback.
- Support students in understanding theoretical concepts and developing hands-on skills.
- Ensure all training equipment and drones are properly maintained and used effectively during training sessions.
- Coordinate with project and administrative teams for smooth training operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant industry or training experience.
- Certification: TOT (Trainer of Trainers) Certification under NSDC/SSC will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of drone components, repair, calibration, and maintenance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and mentor students from rural and semi-urban backgrounds.
- Familiarity with government skill development projects is a plus.
