We're building a new UAV initiative focused on defence and homeland security applications in India.
Our scope includes ISR, surveillance, logistics, loitering munitions coordination, payload integration (EO/IR, LiDAR, comms), and counter-UAS solutions.
The parent group is a global exporter in consumer tech and home dcor, now expanding into UAV manufacturing and integration under the Make in India vision.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage the business pipeline across MoD, CAPFs, State Police, PSUs, and system integrators.
- Lead buyer discovery, trials, demos, and tender participation with the technical team.
- Map procurement routes: GeM, RFI/RFP, NCNC trials, and Make in India programs.
- Shape GTM and partnership strategies with Indian and international OEMs, including ToT/CKD/SKD options.
- Advise leadership on specs, pricing, compliance, and procurement timelines.
- Deliver early milestones trials, qualified opportunities, and pilot orders.
Who You Are
- 5+ years in UAV / ISR / defence electronics sales to Indian government buyers.
- Strong network across IA/IN/IAF, ICG, BSF/CRPF/CISF/ITBP/SSB, Assam Rifles, and State Police.
- Working knowledge of DGCA, WPC, airspace, spectrum, and trial protocols.
- Proven ability to turn technical asks into commercial offers and close directly or via SIs.
- High integrity, clear communication, and strong execution discipline.
Bonus Points
- Experience with counter-UAS, swarm coordination, or payload integration.
- Exposure to PSU ecosystems and defence audits.
- Comfort with export-control and offset compliance.
