Experience UAV Pilot

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled UAV Pilot with a valid DGCA Remote Pilot License (RPL) and a minimum of 2+ years of experience in drone operations. The candidate will be responsible for conducting drone flights, supporting field operations, performing testing and demonstrations, and ensuring safe and compliant UAV operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate UAVs/drones for field operations, project execution, testing, and demonstrations.
• Ensure safe and compliant drone flights in accordance with DGCA regulations and company SOPs.
• Conduct pre-flight checks, mission planning, and post-flight reporting.
• Maintain flight logs and documentation for all operations.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and operations teams for testing and deployment activities.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance checks on UAV systems.
• Assist in training junior pilots and supporting pilot training activities when required.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of drone equipment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid DGCA Remote Pilot License (RPL) is mandatory.
• 2+ years of hands-on UAV/drone flying experience.
• Experience in industrial, defense, surveying, mapping, or Cargo drone operations is preferred.
• Good understanding of airspace regulations and drone safety protocols.
• Ability to work in field environments and travel for project deployments.

Skills Required

• Strong drone piloting and mission planning skills
• Knowledge of flight planning software and ground control systems
• Basic understanding of UAV hardware and troubleshooting
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and in team environments

Preferred

• Experience with VTOL, multirotor, or fixed-wing, Cargo, UAVs
• Prior experience in drone testing, defense projects, or product-based drone companies
