Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Drone Pilot. The Drone Pilot will be responsible for operating drones (UAVs), conducting pre- and post-flight inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role includes gathering data, managing flight missions, providing technical support, and training team members to improve their piloting expertise. Applicants must demonstrate an ability to work independently in dynamic environments and possess problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Drone Piloting, UAV management, and operational knowledge of drones
- Experience with piloting and coordinating flights in compliance with operational protocols
- Capability to provide training to team members and enhance UAV operational skills
- Strong understanding of safety guidelines, technical troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Relevant certifications for drone piloting and UAV operations are preferred
- Experience in geospatial data collection or related technologies is a plus
