Role Overview:
We are looking for motivated engineers with hands-on knowledge of drone electronics and firmware configuration. The selected candidates will be responsible for PCB testing, drone electronics validation, system integration, workshop support, and customer technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
PCB & Electronics Testing
Perform functional testing and validation of drone PCBs
Conduct component-level testing of flight controllers, ESCs, GPS modules, sensors, and power systems
Support bulk PCB testing and qualification processes
Troubleshoot and debug electronics issues
Drone System Integration
Assemble and configure drones for testing and demonstration
Perform system-level validation of drone electronics
Assist in drone flight readiness and system checks
Firmware Configuration
Configure and troubleshoot flight controller firmware, including ArduPilot and Betaflight
Perform sensor calibration and parameter tuning
Assist in debugging firmware and system configuration issues
Technical Support & Workshops
Support internal drone workshops and training sessions
Provide technical assistance for drone setup and configuration
Assist customers in troubleshooting drone electronics issues
Support drone demonstrations when required
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of electronics and PCB circuits
Hands-on knowledge of drone systems (FPV or autonomous drones)
Familiarity with ArduPilot or Betaflight firmware
Experience using Mission Planner / Betaflight Configurator / QGroundControl
Basic knowledge of electronic testing tools (multimeter, power supply, oscilloscope preferred)
Educational Qualification:
B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Aerospace, or related fields.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in drone assembly and integration
Basic soldering and PCB debugging skills
Knowledge of drone sensors, ESCs, and flight controllers
Experience in UAV or robotics projects
