Experience: 13 years in driver handling/operations preferred

About the Company:

We provide Pick & Drop services for OEM-authorized automobile service centers. Our team manages end-to-end driver operations to ensure smooth and timely customer service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day driver operations and coordination.
• Ensure driver attendance, scheduling, discipline, and performance.
• Hire and onboard new drivers independently as per business requirements.
• Manage daily pickups and drops and address on-ground operational issues.
• Maintain communication with drivers and service center staff.
• Ensure smooth manpower supply to all client locations.

Requirements:

• Experience in driver management/transport operations (preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to hire drivers through personal network or market.
• Basic knowledge of routing and local geography of Gurugram/Delhi NCR.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage on-ground challenges.

Salary: 30-40k, In hand or more as per the experience. Plus incentive.
