About the Role:

Ryvanto is seeking an energetic, reliable Driver cum Sales Executive to manage local retail distribution and field business development. In this dual role, you will be responsible for transporting inventory directly to retail stores while actively driving repeat orders and identifying new partner outlets across the region.

Responsibilities:

Distribution & Driving: Safely transport stock to retail shops, departmental stores, and dealers on assigned routes.

Store Sales & Relationship Management: Introduce Ryvanto's product line to prospective store owners, secure orders, and replenish shelves.

Order & Cash Handling: Coordinate order quantities, issue delivery receipts, verify stock counts, and ensure timely payment collection.

Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure company delivery vehicle is regularly serviced, clean, and compliant with all transport regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid driving licence (LMV).

1–3 years of experience in van sales, direct-store delivery (DSD), or retail supply (Textiles, Mattress/Home Furnishing, or FMCG preferred).

Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and route-planning skills.

Punctual, honest, and physically fit to handle loading/unloading
