Job Description

The Driver Acquisition Team Lead (City Lead) is responsible for developing sourcing channels, managing partnerships, and overseeing lead generation across online and offline platforms. The role combines business development, funnel management, and team leadership to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified driver candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Development & Partnerships

  • Build and manage partnerships with driver sourcing agencies, freelancers, and community organizations.
  • Plan and execute offline job fairs, local events, and branding activities to generate leads.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with external partners.

Lead Processing & Funnel Management

  • Oversee online lead generation through digital campaigns, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
  • Ensure timely lead calling, qualification, and interview scheduling.
  • Track conversion rates through each stage of the acquisition funnel.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and support a team of acquisition specialists handling sourcing and lead processing.
  • Set daily/weekly action plans and ensure on-ground execution.
  • Coach the team to enhance sourcing, negotiation, and lead management skills.

Reporting & Insights

  • Consolidate performance updates across sourcing channels.
  • Monitor channel effectiveness and partner performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for scaling high-performing channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field.
  • 34 years of experience in recruitment, sales acquisition, or business development.
  • Experience managing external partners and coordinating events/job fairs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on field execution.
