Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Drawing Instructor. The Drawing Instructor will be responsible for conducting drawing and painting classes, developing lesson plans, and providing individualized support to students. Day-to-day tasks include guiding students through various drawing techniques, evaluating their progress, and creating an engaging learning environment. The role requires active participation in curriculum development and collaboration with other instructors to enhance the overall educational experience at Outpace Academy.

Qualifications

• Drawing, Technical Drawing, and Painting skills
• Teaching and Education experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to individual student needs
• Experience in remote teaching is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Fine Arts, Education, or related field preferred
