Key Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for doing GFC (good for construction drawing) for Civil Packages
- Understanding the site condition and coordinating virtually
- Coordinate internal and externally with various stakeholders ( Real estate, BD , Design,Business Ops etc ) to build and manage new store openings
- Will be the BOQ owner for the business expansion
Requirements-
- Design & Project Coordination, Procurement Coordination for BOQ, Team Management,
- Stakeholder management, Civil Vendor management
- Decision making and problem solving skills.
- Good Communication.
Skills - Auto-CAD, Microsoft Office- Mainly Excel
Draftsman Activities, Autocad Drafting, Mechanical Draughtsman
As a Draughtsman, you will be pivotal in creating and managing Good for Construction (GFC) drawings
for our new store openings. You will coordinate with various stakeholders and manage the Bill of
Quantities (BOQ) to ensure smooth project execution. Your role involves virtual site coordination,
stakeholder engagement, and vendor management, with a focus on expanding our retail footprint.
