Draughtsman & Junior Architect

This is a full-time on-site role for a Draughtsman & Junior Architect, located in Ghaziabad. Responsibilities include preparing detailed architectural drawings, assisting in conceptual design development, collaborating with senior architects, and maintaining documentation for various projects. The role requires close coordination with team members to ensure seamless project execution while adhering to timelines and quality standards.

• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
• Strong skills in architecture and interior design, including spatial planning and drafting
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and an emphasis on environmentally responsible practices
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage project details effectively
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• 2+ years relevant experience as a Draughtsman or Junior Architect
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Ghaziabad is preferred
