Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Draughtsman based in Noida. The Draughtsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans for architectural projects. Key responsibilities include collaborating with architects and engineers, drafting 2D and 3D drawings, ensuring designs comply with industry standards, and making necessary revisions based on client or team feedback. Attention to precision and the ability to work within project deadlines are essential components of the job.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant tools
• Strong knowledge of architectural and construction drawing standards and practices
• Attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawing and blueprint generation
• Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to translate ideas into visual design
• Basic understanding of construction processes and materials
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting design and technical challenges
• Bachelor's degree or certification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields is an advantage
• Prior experience as a Draughtsman or in a similar role is preferred
