Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Draftsman based in Delhi, India. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, preparing blueprints, and collaborating with architects, designers, and engineers. Other responsibilities include modifying existing designs, ensuring drawings meet project specifications and regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and construction guidelines
- Knowledge of architectural and structural design principles
- Good spatial understanding and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
- Bachelor's or diploma in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in design or construction projects is an advantage
