Job Summary
Cleangrid Energy is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman / Surveyor to support the planning and execution of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, conducting site surveys, and assisting engineering teams in layout planning for solar and wind projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop technical drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD for solar and wind energy projects.
- Conduct site surveys and topographical surveys to collect accurate field data for project planning and design.
- Interpret and analyze technical drawings, site layouts, and engineering specifications.
- Assist engineering and project teams in site layout planning and project design implementation.
- Ensure that drawings and survey data are accurate, updated, and aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams for design updates and site-related information.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings, revisions, and survey reports.
- Support project teams during site development and execution phases.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, project requirements, and safety guidelines during surveying activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in drafting and surveying, preferably in solar and/or wind energy projects.
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Drafting, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
- Experience in topographical surveys, land measurements, and layout planning.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, site data, and engineering designs.
- Familiarity with surveying instruments and field data collection methods.
- Good coordination and communication skills to work effectively with engineering and project teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
