Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Draftsman located in Bengaluru. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers or architects. Day-to-day tasks include drafting plans using CAD software, making adjustments to designs, ensuring that drawings adhere to industry standards, and collaborating with team members to discuss project specifications. The role also involves conducting site visits to gather data and verify dimensions, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining accurate records of all drafts and revisions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software and drafting techniques
- Understanding of engineering and architectural principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings
- Ability to interpret and convert technical specifications into detailed plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to conduct site visits and gather necessary data
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Relevant diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
