Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Draftsman to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Hyderabad location. In this on-site role, the Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, models, and plans aligned with project requirements. This includes collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy in drawings, adhering to established design standards, and transforming concepts into precise technical documents. The role may also involve updating and revising existing designs as projects progress and helping the team resolve any design challenges as they arise.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in technical drafting, including experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation).
- Strong understanding of construction design principles, technical drawings, and engineering standards.
- Skilled in visualization and creating 3D models for engineering and architectural projects.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills relevant to drafting and design work.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Capability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively.
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the engineering or construction industry is highly desirable.
