Draftsman / Junior Designer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Draftsman/Junior Designer based in Mumbai. The professional will produce design drawings and layouts, work closely with architects and senior designers, and assist in translating creative concepts into technical drafts and 3D models. Tasks include creating detailed architectural and interior design plans, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with design standards, and supporting project execution from concept development to completion.

• Proficiency in drafting software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Experience with 3D modeling, rendering tools (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray), and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques relevant to architecture and interior design.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce precise technical drawings and layouts.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with a multidisciplinary team.
• Bachelor's or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Prior experience in an architectural or design studio is preferred.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and an innovative design approach.
• Working knowledge of project documentation and coordination of design elements within timelines.
