Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Draftsman at DEEJOS Architects & Construction, located in Chennai. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed architectural and structural drawings, preparing layouts and blueprints, and ensuring precision in design documents. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams to support project goals. The Draftsman will also assist in reviewing and modifying plans as needed to ensure alignment with client requirements and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, architectural drafting, and structural drafting techniques
• Strong technical skills, including layout and blueprint preparation
• Ability to interpret client requirements and incorporate them into designs effectively
• Detail-oriented with skills in accuracy and precision for design and plans
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills to coordinate with architects and engineers
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards is a plus
• Bachelor's or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
