Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Draftsman and Business Development professional located in hosur. The role involves creating detailed architectural drawings, drafting innovative space layouts, and collaborating with the design and project teams. In addition, the role requires identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in sales efforts to expand the company's portfolio of renovation and interior projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in drafting software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools for creating technical drawings and layouts
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, interior design concepts, and space planning
• Experience in business development, client relationship management, and developing sales strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and meet project deadlines
• Experience or interest in home and office renovation projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field
