This is a full-time on-site role for a Draftsman located in Trivandrum. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans based on the requirements of projects. Daily tasks include interpreting architectural and engineering designs, preparing detailed blueprints, and ensuring all drawings comply with relevant standards and regulations. The role requires collaboration with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to transform concepts into precise and comprehensible designs. The Draftsman will ensure accuracy, maintain documentation, and make modifications as required.

• Proficiency in architectural drafting, technical drawing, and blueprint creation using CAD software.
• Strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles, standards, and codes relevant to construction and design projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with precision on intricate designs.
• Ability to interpret and transform architectural and engineering concepts into clear, accurate plans.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders and adjust designs based on feedback.
• Prior experience with drafting for construction, interior design, or civil engineering projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is highly desirable.
• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
