Draftman/CAD - PHE & FIRE

Position Title: PHE and Fire CAD / Draftsman

Location – Bangalore

Expr – 4+ yrs

Education - ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Software Skills – Autocad /Revit/ Naviswork / MS Office (must have skills)

Additional Skills/Competencies: Middle East Project Experience will be an added advantage

JD -

1. Experience in drafting / modelling in Revit of all the PHE & Fire Protection/Fire Alarm services

independently.

2. Experience in working on different type of projects such as High-rise, shopping malls, Hospitals, commercial

and Data centers, etc.(medium/large scale projects)

3. Able to prepare the schematics for all PHE and Fire services independently.

4. Familiar with space planning for PHE and Fire.

5. Familiar with Indian codes and international standard such as NBC, NFPA, ASPE, IBC, etc.

6. Coordinating with other services and Architectural team.

7. Familiar with different stages of the projects.

8. Experience in working on Middle East projects will be an added advantage.

9. Able to prepare detailed layout of the plant rooms including STP, Pump room, etc.

10.Good Communication skill in English.
