Drafting Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed architectural, structural and construction drawings using AutoCAD.

· Prepare and modify floor plans, sections, elevations and detail drawings.

· Read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

· Perform area calculations from drawings and prepare floor-wise area statements.

· Check dimensions, levels, grids and other drawing details for accuracy.

· Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP Engineers and Estimation Team.

· Incorporate revisions and maintain updated drawing records.

· Identify discrepancies between drawings and coordinate for necessary corrections.

· Prepare drawings as per project requirements and company standards.

· Maintain proper naming, layering, numbering and revision control of drawings.

· Support the estimation team by providing accurate drawing information and area details.

· Ensure timely completion of assigned drawings as per project schedules.
