Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement effective business and financial solutions.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for business processes, systems, and workflows.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and financial tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting business operations.
• Identify areas for process improvement, propose changes, and support implementation.
• Support the alignment of business operations with organizational goals and financial strategies.
• Assist in business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
