Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced DP Psychology Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent pedagogical skills, and the ability to engage students in critical thinking, research, and inquiry-based learning aligned with the IB Diploma Programme philosophy.
Key Responsibilitie
- Teach Psychology to students in the IB Diploma Programme (DP)
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with IB curriculum standards
- Foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and research-based learning among students
- Design assessments, assignments, and internal assessments as per IB guidelines
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
- Participate in curriculum planning, departmental meetings, and school activities
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student wellbeing and achievement
- Stay updated with IB developments and attend relevant professional development workshops/training
.Qualifications & Requirement
- Master's degree in Psychology or related field
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in DP/IB curriculum preferred
- Strong understanding of IB DP Psychology syllabus and assessment practices
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students through innovative teaching practices

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning platforms
